VIRTUAL PET
DESCRIPTION.- This robot was designed to simulate a cat. The main systems are: Sound Detection System, which allows the robot to calculate the approximate location of a sound source, Visualization System, which allows the robot to “look like” a cat, by showing a digitally generated images of a cat, and Sound Generation System, which allows the robot to "sound like" a cat, by reproducing digitally recorded voices of a cat.
